The Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP), a part of the
Department of Defense (est. 1951), is the ONLY agency that
collects for and directly supports our Armed Forces fighting overseas.
DIRECTIONS TO THE U.S. ARMY RESERVE CENTER
From the North and South:
Drive around the Columbus East Outerbelt (I-270) to the East Broad St. Exit (Ohio Rte 16). Take the ramp exiting to Whitehall (headed west). Travel west down East Broad Street about 1.6 miles (five traffic lights). Turn right (north) onto Yearling Road. The U.S. Army Reserve Center is about 0.4 miles up, the first open gate area on the left after the DSCC traffic light. (You'll see the large ASBP banner on the chain-linked fence). Park in the lot on the left, and enter the main building from the side.
From the West Side:
Take the Columbus West Outerbelt (I-270) to interstate I-70 East. Take it through town to the east side of Columbus, and get off on the 2nd Hamilton Road exit (317 North: Whitehall). Travel north on Hamilton Road about 2.7 miles to East Broad St. and turn left (west). Travel west down East Broad Street about 0.6 miles (two traffic lights). Turn right (north) onto Yearling Road. The U.S. Army Reserve Center is about 0.4 miles up, the first open gate area on the left after the DSCC traffic light (You should see the large ASBP banner on the chain-linked fence). Park in the lot on the left, and enter the main building from the side.
Walk-ins are always welcome, but pre-registration is encouraged.
